In 2008, Rich Land has cooperated with HOK, and became local consultancy operating Detailed planning project scale 1/2000 the urban area next to the new urban area Thu Thiem with the following roles and responsibilities:
- Based on the main design concept of HOK, Richland will make a detailed planning 1/2000 document with exact quantity and quality. Compliance with Vietnamese regulations as well as HOK’s main design concept.
- Participating in counter-arguing and proposing design concepts which are appropriate to Vietnam current state.
- Implementing the document design of infrastructure, urban planning and supporting HOK in submitting document at HCMC People's Committees.
