Richland signed a contract to become HOK’s local consultancy

HOK is a top Design and Construction Consulting Company in America, which had offices network all over the world, and was in top 200 prestigious companies in the world. Urban design, renewal and construction was one in HOK’s main activities.

Recently, HOK was assigned to formulate detailed planning for urban construction scale 1/2000 Chinh Trang urban area next to Thu Thiem new urban area (335ha), District 2, Ho Chi Minh, by city People's Committee. The detailed planning of urban construction and urban architectural management’s regulation had to follow the records and regulations, current regulations. HOK chose Richland to be local consultancy for this project under consent of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City
