Creating a specific Vietnamese Lotus village (viewing from the top)

Creating a multifunctional ecological urban zone, dignify its Live - Work - Play characteristics. 

Construction Phases dividing easily into its functional and flexible changing to be suitable to the market changes in future.  

"Touching" the nature instead of directly "influenting" aim to reserve and develop the existing values as water surface, floristic composition and clean air.

Trafiic planning is limited of the effects of smoke, dirt, and noise to the residential area; focus on the walking path and kid's playground on each housing cluster. 

Urban facilities is garthered into different special locations while green and parks are intermixed. 

The "green system" is intermied into the urban system; focus on the local landscape, canal, ensuring the clean environment and bringing the opportunities in entertainment and activies for the residence and non-residence. Park and path system is helping in protection of the origional riverside ecological and canal system, generating the perfect public planning in its own landscape.
