Design concept:

The idea is to create an eco-tourism village with beautiful, harmonious landscape architectural space which is suitable for the local’s nature; to use green and water space as a core in order to develop other functional components.

The whole area was planned according to organic form, which respects the natural topography of the area. Main roads and internal roads were organized in the way that land leveling was minimized. Internal roads were organized in the form of dead end roads in order to create a peaceful and separated living atmosphere for villa villages.

Spanning all over the Dai Duong valley tourism village has been a system of green spaces and connected open spaces including two golf courses, mountain slope near sea and public green and water space. Standing between green spaces and open spaces have been functional areas, with clusters of villa village which were designed harmoniously and friendly to the environment in order to bring about an ideal living environment.

The whole Dai Duong valley tourism village has short building height; with the average storey for villa villages has been 2 storeys. The whole Dai Duong valley tourism village has the building density from 15% to 35% depending on types of villa.
